When i made the net above, i figured that it wasn't going to work, because all my things such as the envelope, CD and business cards fit in.

So i therefore had to edit my package, and i decided to move the perforated application form onto the right instead of the bottom panel.

This is my final idea for the packaging below. It has the application form on the right, the envelope will go in the centre, the CD package is going to be folding in on the packaging on the left. I am then going to add the business cards to the bottom left of the packaging underneath the CD.  

I wanted the packaging to be quite simplistic and to express clearly how to apply for the hospice.

The orange strip at the top is the belly band, or at least a mock-up as on the belly band i want to have the address on it.
