IDEAS..

We decided that we were going to create a marketing campaign to promote Fedrigoni. To do this we want to create a series of posters, a mail shot and a sample book.

Posters.

For the posters we wanted to express the versatility of the product/paper. Therefore we looked into the characteristics of the paper and came up with this list:

Enamelled
Metalised
Creped
Water Proof
Waxed Glazed
Bent
Turned
Folded
Twisted
Crumpled
Cut
Torn
Dissolved
Moulded
Embossed
Coloured
Printed
Marked
Erased
Shredded
Perforated
Performs
Weaved.

With this list we then narrowed it down to some of the words we felt we could experiment with, and came up with some ideas:

Folded - fold up a sheet of paper, then unfold it and screen print the type onto it, creating a nice texture.
Cut - Laser cutting the type out of the page
Embossed - Embossing the type on the page
Coloured - screen printing the type in florescent colours
Moulded - creating 3D type of which we can then photograph
Shredded - shred sheets of coloured paper and create type using it.
Perforated - perforate around the type and pull it slightly away to reveal colour
Weaved - use strips of coloured card and create a sheet of weaved paper then screen print on it.

Then for the mail shot we want to do smaller versions of these to be sent out to possible clients, and also take photographs of the posters to put into the sample book to promote what they do for clients.
